Maintaining order and cleanliness in common areas

Dear Sir or Madam,

Mindful of the matter maintaining order and cleanliness in common areas, which is connected with respecting the property of other owners and the issue of not disturbing peace and public order on the property, we remind you to comply with the provisions of the Housing Community regulations.

We remind you that

  • it is forbidden to collect items in staircases (this also applies to leaving shoes before entering the flat)
  • collecting items in the garage is forbidden
  • it is forbidden to park vehicles outside of marked places in garages
  • under no circumstances should construction and installation waste be disposed of with garbage
